1. Business Administration Executive
Petaling Jaya (1 position)
Kemaman, KSB office base (1 position)
Responsibilities
- Response to incoming inquiries (phone, email, multimedia) from customers.
- Generates quotation and processes sales order.
- Record sales information in an easily readable format.
- Follows up with customers to ensure that the orders are satisfactory.
- Provides any necessary document, data or reports to the sales team.
- Assist to arrange appointments with customers/prospect.
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for their colleague that who are on business trips.
- Maintaining customers’ and principals’ databases.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science (any discipline)/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ related experience.
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industry is an advantage.
2. Human Resources Executive
Petaling Jaya (1 position)
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Human Resource Executive which includes payroll, recruitment, insurances, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits and; HR information systems and records.
- Coordinate interview of job applicants; prepare relevant documentation on employee recruitment and employment activities to fulfil manpower requirements.
- Prepare relevant documentation and maintain records on employees insurances, benefits, salary review and adjustment, resignation and other HR related matters.
- Responsible for Human Resource reporting and compilation of reports and information as well as conduct new employee induction and exit interview.
- Maintain and process monthly payroll for the employees, prepare relevant documents and ensure statutory compliance in respect of SOCSO, EIS, EPF, STD, HRDF and year-end requirements such as issuance of EA Form, Tax Deduction Form, BE Form, etc.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management, statutory and government agencies, insurers and other outside parties on HR related matters.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR functions.
- Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Familiar with computerized Payroll System and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent and result-oriented.
- Possess high level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Good command both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Technician / Chargeman (Low Voltage)
Petaling Jaya (2 positions)
Responsibilities
- To perform work as assigned by the Supervisor.
- To take proper care of all tools and equipment and report any defects to the Supervisor.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed on time, meet work schedule and conform to quality standard.
- To ensure compliance with all safety rules and procedure when carrying out work in workshop and/or at site and proper housekeeping are done.
- Responsible for configuration/setting-up, commissioning, service, repair/maintenance of the above-mentioned systems all over Malaysia.
- Extensive travel all over Malaysia.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in electronics/instrument/mechatronics discipline.
- Must hold a valid Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
- At least 1–3 years of working experience in maintaining and troubleshooting LV electrical systems, instrumentation & Control System.
- Knowledge of local electrical safety standards and best practices.
- Familiar with computer hardware and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to customer facilities all over East and West Malaysia.
4. Business Administration / In-House Service / Application Engineer
Petaling Jaya (1 position)
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate sales and follow up, including filing and maintenance of records on quotation, sales order and delivery for Business Unit.
- Individual is required to conduct marketing campaign and control all product catalogues, manuals and brochures of the Unit;
- Provide prompt and efficient response to enquiries and complaints received from Clients and external interested parties;
- Maintaining customers' and principals' databases.
- Execute travel schedule for all personnel in the Unit and prepare business reports.
Requirements
- Candidate possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering of any discipline or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience in In-house sales support.
- Good command of spoken and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Supply Chain Executive
Petaling Jaya (1 position)
Responsibilities
- Issue PO to various oversea principals.
- Research and develop partnering suppliers (Local & Oversea).
- Perform all Supply Chain activities in particular, sourcing/ evaluation/procurement of engineering/technical equipment/materials/service.
- Evaluation and Registration of Supplier per ISO procedure.
- Perform Suppliers quotation comparison and analysis.
- Negotiate with Suppliers for better price, delivery and payment term.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in any Procurement, Business or Science discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.
- Preference for candidates with Procurement experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities and Palm Oil Industry.
- Good Communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command both spoken and written in English.
6. Technician Assistant
Petaling Jaya (1 position)
Responsibilities
- To assist the Supervisor in his role.
- To ensure assembly, installation and service work parameters are within specifications, process in compliance with approved procedures, product meeting quality specifications and corrective actions are taken whenever there is any nonconformity.
- Ensure work is completed on time, meet work schedule and conform to quality standard.
- To ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and any defects shall be reported to the Supervisor.
- To ensure all defects work are carried within stipulated time period.
- To ensure compliance with all safety rules and procedures by personnel when carrying out workshop and/or site work activities and proper housekeeping are done.
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in assembly, installation and service work. according to the Unit’s work scope, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
- Able to work independently and produce relevant work-related reports.
- Computer literate with working knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
7. Technician
Petaling Jaya & Sarawak (2 positions)
Responsibilities
- To perform work as assigned by the Supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Plan and organize sales activities, service arrangement, solution presentation…etc. to identify and fulfil customers’ needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
- Establishing new business and sales visits.
- To provide efficient back up services to customers.
- To assist fulfil the growth and revenue goals of the organization.
- To prepare sales report and forecast as necessary.
- Responsible for sales/marketing & application development of Nogren range of pneumatic and fluid control products including regulators, filters, lubricators & control valves, or Sigrist range of photometer and analysers OR;
- Responsible for sales/marketing & application development of state-of-the-art Rosemount Automatic Radar Tank Gauging System.

Responsibilities
- Generating leads.

- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

12. Sales & Application Engineer / Executive
Petaling Jaya (1 position)
Responsibilities
- Create & maintain company applications Google Forms & AppSheet.
- Performing Sage ERP data analysis.
- Write batch files for Windows Servers & PCs.
- Assist in maintaining IT Infrastructure.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in computer science/computer programming/engineering.
- Knowledge of Excel VBA Development/Google Form/AppSheet/Python/HTML & WordPress experience would be advantages.
- 2 Years working experience in similar scope/position (Fresh Graduate with attitude for learning would be considered).
