1. IT Executive

Petaling Jaya

We are seeking an IT Executive to support and maintain the IT systems of our multi-branch engineering sales, trading, and service business. You will keep our infrastructure secure, support core business applications, drive automation and AI integration, and support the operation of our EV charging system to improve efficiency across the organisation.

  • Maintain servers, networks, workstations, and IT equipment across all branches.
  • Support and troubleshoot ERP/accounting/inventory systems (e.g. AutoCount) and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage data security, backups, user access, and cybersecurity.
  • Develop and maintain digital tools (Google Forms, AppSheet, Excel dashboards, Power Automate) to automate manual workflows.
  • Identify and integrate AI tools into existing workflows to boost productivity and streamline day-to-day operations.
  • Support the operation and management of the EV charging system, including platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and data reporting.
  • Provide helpdesk support, staff training, and IT asset management.
  • Standardise IT setup and ensure reliable communication across branches.
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and networking.
  • Knowledge of data security and backup practices.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms to enhance business processes.
  • Exposure to EV charging platforms or IoT systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to support multiple branches and work independently.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
2. Sales Executive (Industrial Electrical Solutions)

Bintulu or Kuching, Sarawak

Ampmech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer or Executive to drive business growth and market expansion in Sarawak. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of industrial electrical products and engineered solutions, including:

  • MENNEKES industrial plugs, sockets, connectors, receptacles, and power distribution systems.
  • Industrial power distribution and control solutions.
  • Ampmech engineered and assembled electrical products.
  • Industrial electrical accessories and related solutions.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Candidates with relevant industrial sales experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in:
  • Industrial electrical products
  • Electrical engineering solutions
  • Industrial automation
  • Instrumentation products
  • Power distribution, or industrial components
  • Experience in serving industrial customers in sectors such as Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Utilities, Marine, or Infrastructure will be an added advantage.
3. Sales & Application Engineer/Executive
(E/I)

Petaling Jaya

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Ex & Industrial electrical products or Process Automation Instrumentation System (ATG & System Integration).
  • Prepare and conduct effective technical presentations & product demo.
  • Prepare detail competitive proposals.
  • Conduct Market intelligence report on industry/market trend, competitor activity, new projects, customers’ requirements & challenges.
  • Forecast sales activities & revenue achievement for company.
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/ Mechatronics or equivalent.
  • Proven 3+ years related sales/application experience in related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of Ex & Industrial electrical equipment and/or instrumentation control system.
  • Willingness to travel all over Malaysia and sometimes overseas.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage.
4. Business Administration Executive

Petaling Jaya 

  • Response to incoming inquiries.
  • Well verse with Principal product models, specifications & features.
  • Source MRO items required.
  • Generates quotation and processes sales order.
  • Maintain Quotation and Sales report.
  • Follows up on quotations and orders.
  • Arrange appointments with customers/prospect.
  • Deals with complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
  • Maintaining customers’ and principals’ databases.
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Science/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ related experience.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas Industry and Autocount ERP is an advantage.
5. Accounts cum Admin Executive

Miri (MSS)

  • Manage daily accounting transactions using AutoCount ERP.
  • Record invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries in AutoCount.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger updates.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlement.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, management accounts, and budgets.
  • Support year-end audit, tax submissions, and liaise with external auditors/tax agents.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
  • Provide administrative and HR support.
  • Provide business administrative support including sourcing, quotation and order processing.
  • Support management in ad-hoc tasks and administrative projects.
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge and experienced in AutoCount ERP will be an advantage.
6. Chargeman and Wireman (Low Voltage)

Petaling Jaya 

  • Perform low voltage electrical work, both in company's premises and customers sites involving assembly, wiring, installation, testing, commissioning, service & maintenance work, including associated mechanical/civil work, according to approved work specifications, drawings, procedures & regulations.
  • Ensure all work are done safely, and electrical work are done in accordance to Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s regulations and requirement.
  • To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Min A0 Certificate (for Chargeman position) and PW4 Certificate (for Wireman position) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • SPM or relevant technical Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 year relevant working experience in electrical wiring, assembly, installation, service & maintenance work.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application.
7. Technician Assistant & Technician

Petaling Jaya

  • Perform electrical/Instrumentation & associated Mechanical/Civil work in company’s premises and customers sites involving assembly, wiring, installation, service & maintenance work, according to approved work specifications, drawings, procedures & regulations.
  • Technical Assistance shall have to set-up, install, configure/test/commission/service computer based instrumentation & Control system.
  • To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Certificate or Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in assembly, wiring, installation & service work, including usage of basic workshop machinery & tools.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas Industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
  • Able to work independently and produce relevant work-related reports.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
  • Technical Assistant position must be able to configure/commission process instrumentation & control system.
